Meijer Simply Give Program for SVDP Food Pantry

Our St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry has been selected as a 2023 Meijer Holiday Simply Give recipient! During the Holiday Simply Give campaign, which runs October 1st through December 31, 2023, customers can purchase a $10 Simply Give SVDP pantry donation card upon checkout at the Maumee Meijer. Meijer will match it with $10, making your $10 purchase worth $20 to our pantry! Once purchased, the donation is converted into a Meijer Food-Only Gift Card and donated directly to our St. Vincent de Paul food pantry. Meijer customers shopping online using Meijer pickup or home delivery can also purchase Simply Give SVDP pantry donation cards as an add-on to their orders.

Simply go to the Maumee Meijer beginning October 1st through December 31, 2023, and pick up a card from the display at the checkouts. Give the card to the cashier who rings up your purchase. The cashier will keep the card. At the end of our time, Dec 31st, the amounts purchased will be totaled and sent to our SVDP Food Pantry. This Simply Give Program will allow us to continue to provide fresh items like milk, eggs, bread, and cheese for those who come to our pantry.

Please mark your calendar for Saturday, December 16, 2023,  when it will be a Double Match Day when Meijer will double match any cards purchased that day, tripling contributions! So on December 16, 2023, every $10 Simply Give SVDP pantry donation card you purchase = $30 to the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry.  What a blessing so we can provide fresh food for our pantry neighbors in need!!
