Reporting Cases of Sexual Misconduct
To report any suspected or actual sexual abuse of a minor by Diocesan personnel, immediate contact should be made with local civil authorities, and with the Toledo Diocesan Case Manager, Mr. Frank DiLallo. He can be reached at 419-243-2150 (private line) or 419-244-6711 ext. 632.
Volunteering to Work with Youth at St. Patrick of Heatherdowns
Fingerprinting - All adults wishing to assist with youth must complete a background check. Fingerprinting is available by appointment only. The cost of the background check is paid by the volunteer.
Protecting Youth Workshop - All adults must also complete the "Protecting Youth and Those Who Serve Them" seminar. This seminar is conducted through the Toledo Diocese and is free of charge. It is offered at St. Pat's at the beginning of the school year and in various locations throughout the year.
Expectations Form - All adults must also sign the form "Expectations of Those Who Work with Youth".
