The Sacrament of Marriage
Engaged couples preparing for their wedding participate in sessions with the priest, deacon and other couples to help them understand the committment they are making to each other. Therefore, those wishing to be married at St. Patrick of Heatherdowns should contact the priest or deacon that will be officiating the marriage at least SIX MONTHS PRIOR to their anticipated wedding date.
Because of the great number of weddings, the current Parish policy is to witness marriages of registered parishioners, those who have gone to school at SPH Elementary or those whose parents are registered parishioners.
